This is key leadership position at the Housing Authority of the City of Paterson reporting to the Executive Director. The Director of Operations is responsible for day-to-day operations and
tasked with ensuring that the overall mission of the Housing Authority of the City of Paterson (HACP) is satisfied. The Director of Operations will have both internal and external responsibilities, ranging from interfacing with external partners, project management within the organization. This individual will oversee and monitor internal operations, including successful execution of the HACP operating budget, and identify the most efficient methods to ensure the success of the agency.
