The incumbent of this position is responsible for the supervising of the leasing and occupancy functions for the Housing Choice Voucher program. This position requires at least three (3) years’ experience as an asset manager, HCV manager and/or
supervisor/managing agent of multi-family/senior housing developments. Knowledge of Visual Homes and YARDI software programs a plus.
