The incumbent of this position is responsible for a wide variety of maintenance and repair activities involving masonry, plastering, carpentry, painting, plumbing, steam fitting, sheet metal, electrical, glazing, mechanical, landscaping and other maintenance and repair work associated with maintaining a multi-family property and associated buildings.
